Greg Allen’s Farewell Letter:

Verix Technology Customers,

I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some exciting news.

Verix Technology Group has merged it services and customer base with Waymark Internet Services. It has been our pleasure to serve you over the years and we have appreciated you being our customer.

In making this decision, we looked for a provider that has been well established in the Dallas area who can provide the same quality services you have come to expect from Verix. Waymark exceeded our criteria, having been a leader in the Internet industry since 1995. Waymark has a highly talented technical and business development staff that I know you will find a pleasure to work with and able to provide you solutions for your Internet access, communications and hosting needs.

Waymark is headquartered locally in Plano, Texas and is a telecommunications carrier providing a comprehensive array of network services integrating voice, data and remote networking solutions for residential and small to medium size businesses. Transitioning our services to Waymark should be a near seamless process. You can look forward to hearing from Mark Jones, the President of Waymark, and the rest of his team very soon. The transfer of Verix customers to Waymark provides you with the continued service excellence that has been Verix’s trademark, as well as the financial and technical resources of one of the leading network service providers in the Metroplex.

Throughout the next days and weeks you will be receiving emails about the transition and the support options that will be available to you. Please keep a look out for information regarding billing and operational issues. A web page describing the transition is available to you at http://www.waymark.net/verixtech.html. Please note that there should not be any changes in your email or website addresses. The changes during this transition will be minimal. You will notice that your billing will soon be from Waymark instead of Verix. Some of you may be may encounter a change in the access number you use for dialup access. If you do not currently use Verix for dialup access, you do not need to do anything at this time.

If you use our dialup service, you will want to contact Waymark Tech Support at (972)503-1100 to begin making the transition to Waymark’s access servers and to assure that you have uninterrupted service. The techs at Waymark will be able to assist you in getting everything switched over to their dialup lines when you call.

I will be personally involved in helping Waymark make this transition. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to call me at any time at (972)682-0135 or support@verixtech.com.

Again, I want to thank you for the time you have allowed us to serve you. I wish all of you the best in your future endeavors.

Regards,

Greg Allen
Verix Technology Group
