To access these preferences, go to the Edit menu then select Preferences.
Click on Identity under Mail & Groups. Fill in the blanks with your appropriate personal information.
Click on Mail Server to define the mail server settings.
Make sure that Leave messages on server after retrieval is NOT
checked. Your mail will be periodically deleted if you store
it for long periods of time on the server. Click on Groups Server
to define the news server.
